Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we do not offer same day delivery. Please drop us a DM @noellefleur_ to enquire if you have an urgent order.

Do you accept refunds?
Any changes to the order must be communicated seven days in advance, subject to availability.
There will be no refunds due to flowers being perishable items and processing fees incurred.
If you need to make an urgent cancellation, kindly contact hello@noellefleur.com or WhatsApp 9468 5555 and we will review it on a case by case basis.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the picture?
No, while we will do our best to match them visually, all bouquets by nature would look different from each other.
Due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers, variations in size, color, and appearance may occur. Each arrangement will be uniquely crafted for the best aesthetic appeal and may not be identical.
Should specific flower species or colors be unavailable, we will substitute them with similar species or colors of equal or greater value.
How can I care for the flowers and extend their lifespan?
Here are some general care tips:
Fresh Flowers
- Put flowers in a vase of clean water, ensuring there are no leaves or petals in the water
- Change water and trim stems daily
- Wash away any stems that feel slippery
- You may purchase Flower Food from our store to extend the lifespan of the flowers (by 60% compared to using water alone). They nourish and hydrate the flowers while preventing bacteria from taking hold.
Fresh Flower Basket/ Box
- Add moderate amounts of water directly into the basket/ box daily
Preserved Flowers
- Do not add water.
- Keep in a cool and dry environment.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
Preserved flowers can maintain their beauty for up to one year with proper care. While color fading is natural and can occur depending on environmental conditions.
