1. General
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website, social platforms, or direct ordering channels.
2. Products & Availability
Kindly be aware that due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers, variations in size, color, and appearance may occur. Each arrangement will be uniquely crafted for the best aesthetic appeal and may not be identical.
Should specific flower species or colors be unavailable, we will substitute them with similar species or colors of equal or greater value.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Cancellations & RefundsÂ
Any changes to the order must be communicated seven days in advance, subject to availability.
There will be no refunds due to flowers being perishable items and processing fees incurred.Â
If you need to make an urgent cancellation, kindly contact hello@noellefleur.com or WhatsApp 9468 5555 and we will review it on a case by case basis.Â
5. Delivery
Delivery dates and time slots are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, or recipient availability.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal of acceptance.
6. Recipient Unavailability
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be:
Left in a safe location,
Left with a neighbour or building concierge, or
Returned for redelivery (additional charges may apply).
7. Images & Representation
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to match the displayed designs, actual arrangements may vary slightly due to flower availability and seasonal differences.
8. Personal Messages
We are not responsible for errors in personal messages submitted by the customer. Please review all message content carefully before checkout.
9. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required to complete delivery services.
10. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
