In the event where the exact species or colour of flowers is not available, we will replace the flowers with a similar species or colour of the same or higher value.

Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY

  • Free standard delivery within Singapore for orders $80 and above.
  • $12 for orders below $80
  • Available Mon - Sun, 9am - 9pm (4 hour time frames)

EXPRESS DELIVERY

  • Express delivery is NOT same-day delivery.
  • Select express delivery (chargeable at $25) if you require delivery to be done within a shorter time frame instead of our standard 4hr time frames.
  • Delivery dates and timing will be selected below on product page. If you have opted for express delivery, continue to select your preferred date and any timeslot - we will follow the express delivery timing you have opted for.

SELF PICKUP

  • Free Self Pickup is available at 80 Playfair Road Singapore 367998, Nearest MRT: Tai Seng
  • Available Mon - Sun, 11am - 5pm (1 hour time frames)

Note on Flower Availability

Kindly be aware that due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers, variations in size, color, and appearance may occur. Each arrangement will be uniquely crafted for the best aesthetic appeal and may not be identical.

Should specific flower species or colors be unavailable, we will substitute them with similar species or colors of equal or greater value.

Care Tips

Fresh Flowers

  • Put flowers in a vase of clean water, ensuring there are no leaves or petals in the water
  • Change water and trim stems daily
  • You may purchase Flower Food from our store to extend the lifespan of the flowers. They nourish and hydrate the flowers while preventing bacteria from taking hold.

Fresh Flower Basket/ Box

  • Add moderate amounts of water directly into the basket/ box daily

Preserved Flowers

  • Do not add water.
  • Keep in a cool and dry environment.
  • Avoid direct sunlight.

Preserved flowers can maintain their beauty for up to one year with proper care. While color fading is natural and can occur depending on environmental conditions.
